Ana is running from her past and finds refuge in a small Texas town. She's ready to start her life without him . With the last of her money, she buys a bookstore, not expecting a tall, hot rockstar Daddy to walk into her life...and never walk out.
When Rhys and his band are back in their hometown for a charity concert, he meets her and can't keep his eyes or mind off her. He never thought he was a Daddy, but Ana pulls that side out of him. And when her past comes back to haunt her, his instincts kick into overdrive.
When danger is at their doorstep, he realizes there's nothing he won't do for his Little girl. He'll burn the world and end everyone in it just to keep her safe.
Author's This is a slight age-gap romance between a Daddy rockstar and his curvy, bookstore-owning Little. She has demons she’s running from, and he gets tied up in protecting her. This is a relationship between two consenting adults, includes age-play, spanking/discipline scenes, and spicy scenes. If this isn’t your thing, don’t read it, please.
I love Rhys. He was everything you wanted and needed in a daddy and a hero!! Sweet, Dominant, and Protective I melted with him!! He is also an amazing friend to his bandmates, even if some were annoying, lol. I wanna read Kody already he's another Daddy Dom. Can't wait to see who his girl is. Beside being rockstars, they wanna help out a close friend who is diagnosed with cancer. That's how Rhys meets his Ana. Even if his cousin had been bffs with her for a while. Ana is a bookworm and has anxiety problems because of her trauma with a ex boyfriend who was abusive. It was hard for her, and im glad she tried to get out of her confer zone. i understood she went through some truama, but it annoyed me when she pushed/pulled from Rhy even if he was so soft with her.
He never pushed her and always checked with her when they did something. He was so amazing with her. I also didn't like how her friends treated her with the drama with one of Rhy band mates and an ex of her friend only real friend was Riley. Hope she gets her story soon.
Side note if you like Daddy Kink, this does have age play it has thumb sucking/paci if that's not your thing. The pacifier was a little too much for me.
Low angst, Om drama, no cheating, secondary chara, drama, sexy times, no virgins

SOOO CUTE! Usually rockstar books are something I stay away from but this one was perfect! Rhys was so patient and understanding!! And so hotttt yum!
The plot is great with some drama and suspense and a little miscommunication but it all gets wrapped up perfectly! I love the introductions of all the characters and the found family aspect! I need more from everyone but especially Tate!!!
Ana and Rhys were perfect together and so cute! The spice was perfect and I would gladly read about then again! Such a great debut!!!
Sarah's debut novel, Rockstar Daddy is one book you will definitely want to add to your TBR!
I have really been loving the DDLG books lately and this book quickly became one of my favorite ones! If you are a DDLG lover or are looking to dip your toes into the DDLG trope, then Rockstar Daddy is the perfect book for you. This book was the perfect balance of both plot and spicy scenes. There was action, mystery, times that made my heart break, and others that made my cheeks blush. Each scene was described in such detail that I felt like I was a part of Rhys and Ana's story!
Rhys is the perfect Daddy. He is very protective, but also super understanding and sweet which is just what Ana needed. He is also a super hot Rockstar, so does it really get better than that? Ana is the shy, bookworm, almost girl next door type. She has been through some painful trauma and Rhys does a wonderful job of helping her through her troubles of being in a new relationship. These two definitely have a lot of chemistry and their Daddy/Little dynamic is nothing short of spicy!
Sarah also does a wonderful job of introducing us to other characters such as the bandmates and Ana's friends that will leave you excited for the upcoming books! I know I personally can't wait to see more of Vincent.
Rhys and Ana are adorable! He was so patient and she was so cute. I ate this book up!
This was one of my favorite books i’ve ever read! It’s short, cute, fluffy and steamy. What else do you need in a book? The plot was amazing, the characters were super compatible and sweet. And the best part is that she’s a steamy reader just like us! My only regret is not finding this book sooner!
I’m so happy i found an author that writes such cute soft ddlg romances. I can’t wait for more of this series/new books! Time to read I.S.O Daddy! 🩷🩷
I have to admit as an avid reader of many different tropes that it surprised me that this was the author’s debut novel. The character and world building was pitched just right in my opinion which is a trap authors usually fall into either spending too long with unnecessary details or not giving enough context to make the story gripping or believable. Ana suffers from anxiety which is understandable given her traumatic past. After seeing Rhys playing with his band there is an insta attraction between the two and Rhys finds his inner Daddy Dom come out to play while Ana finds her little. The patience and thoughtfulness of Rhys in encouraging Ana to find her confidence and happiness was heartwarming. The suspense towards the end had my holding my breath but was worth it for the ending. This a great book for anyone who enjoys DDLG that’s isn’t focussed solely on regression. I am really excited to see the side characters stories and more of Sarah’s work!
This story has it all. A hunky rockstar Daddy, a sweet bookish Little, a crazy ex just out of prison, and loads of friends to help along the way!
This is Sarah Blake's debut book and she knocked it out of the park! The story was well written and kept me reading until I finished the book in one sitting.
I loved that both characters were new to the DDlg dynamic and it showed in the interactions with each other. They worked through their new relationship, new dynamic, and learning to trust each other in the middle of it all.
I definitely recommend this book to anyone interested in ageplay books, even though the ageplay elements age light in the story. I can't wait for the rest of the series to be written. I'm curious about Vincent's story!
Where do I even begin with this book? Sarah Blake did an amazing job with her debut book Rockstar Daddy. I'm not new to reading DDlg books and honestly, I have so many I can't even keep count. So when I say that this one is at the top of the list I mean it. She did a fantastic job of making us fall in love with Ana and Rhys. I enjoyed the fact that we got to see Ana grow into her little and Rhys turned out to be the best Daddy to help her with her anxiety and to deal with her traumatic past. The plot was amazing and the suspense at the end was just enough to keep you wanting more. I do wish we could have seen more interaction with Ana and the other members of the band since they did all tour together for six weeks, but besides that the whole book as a whole was amazing. I hope that the next book will follow either Kody or Tate. I definitely got some strong daddy vibes from Vincent, but I guess only time will tell if those vibes are vibin. 10/10 recommend to anyone who wants a DDlg book that doesn't dive really deep into age play and regression.
*The author gifted me this book for review consideration but all opinions are my own.*
Who can pass up a story with a Rockstar as a Daddy Dom that protects and nurtures a Little that is quietly running a bookstore? This wonderful story is filled with surprises. Read to find out why the title of this story should have been “Sprinkles!” Pay attention to the fabulous characters you meet along the way because Sarah Blake sprinkles tasty hints of possible Daddy Doms and littles in future books in The Butterfly Effect series. There is no cliff hanger! Rockstar Daddy is a standalone story that ends with a Happily Ever After. I received a free ARC from Sarah Blake and this 5 star review represents my unbiased assessment of the story.
You will be shocked when reading this debut book. Sarah Blake has done an amazing job that is not always seen in debut novels. Ana has a past that has left her scared and traumatized. Finding solace in a small town with her bookstore, she never thinks that she'll find someone to love and who loves her. Rhys is home with his band for a concert when he comes across Ana. He is instantly interested in Ana and is determined to protect her. The plot will keep you entertained, the suspense is just the right level and amount, and the characters have unique personalities that draw you in. I can't wait for the next one!
I really enjoyed reading this story and was thoroughly impressed with this new author, Sarah Blake. I love a BDSM/DGLG story that has more than just the characters meet, Have sex and then fall in love. This story has it all, drama, emotional, angst, and will make you fall in love with the characters Rhys and Ana, I love how protective Rhys was to Ana and how they just click. I highly recommend reading this book if you enjoy this type of trope. I will be looking out for more books by this author.
I was given an advanced copy of this book to read and I am reviewing with my honest and fair opinion.
I liked this book a lot. Rhys and Ana's story was a sweet and spicy heartstring tugger that had me feeling plenty of feels and left me swoony. I'm a big DD/lg and age gap fan, so both those things held major appeal to me. The drama and suspense definitely grab you and keeps you engaged, while the genuineness of these two characters figuring out their wants and needs was quite moving. This book introduces an intriguing cast of secondary character that had me eager to read their stories. This is my unbiased, unsolicited review.
This is Sarah's debut novel and I am so obsessed!! It is so well written, the development of the characters and story was so well spun!! I am not even sure where to begin-I am hoping that Rhys and Ana are just the beginning- there are so many amazing characters in this book that I can't wait for book 2!!
Rhys and Ana have instant chemistry- I love how protective he is from the get go- it makes a girl swoon!
These two are just the beginning of a fantastic cast and crew of personalities but true be told I can not wait for Vincent's story to be told- this girl loved a grumpy alpha!!
As the first of the series it set the bar high for the ones to follow. This book was so good. As fate would have it, a rockstar and a bookstore owner connect each other’s eyes at a benefit concert and it leaves no room for anybody else. Especially an abusive ex recently released from prison that’s lurking in the shadows. The MMC was such a perfect match to the FMC and I loved watching him evolve in this book. The more he learned about her the more her made sure to take care of her and help her grow. This book includes a shy curvy FMC and a protective Daddy Dom MMC.
I don't really care for Rockstar tropes but I do love Daddy tropes so this one yeah I could start reading Rockstar tropes again when they were written like this. It was really good. What got me interested in this one was on Facebook. There was a thing about her punishments and it was so out of left field from all the other punishments that I had read so far that it peaked my interest and I have to say the book was good. Really good.
Hopefully! Sarah Blake keeps writing and she goes on to write about the rest of the band members and about the girls.
~ Rhys is a famous musician and her best friend’s cousin. Ana knows she should stay away from him but their connection is undeniable.. and it becomes an even harder task once he does all he can to get her attention. ~
I love that the dynamic changed for them once he saw her kindle 😂😅 It was definitely the push they both needed but I would die immediately.
I wish we had more of them together on the road with the rest of his band. And even more Roxy! I hope she gets her own story soon.
This the the first book written by Sarah Blake and I really hope it isn't her last! The story is very well written with amazing three dimensional characters. There isn't much age play in the book but since both main characters are just starting out in the dynamic it fits. The book pulled me in from the start and kept me until the end. I truly loved this book and highly recommend it. Do pay attention to the trigger warning. 5 stars all the way!
This was a great story about Ana and Rhys.. Ana was a curvy little trying to get away from an abusive past and she meets Rhys who is a dominant rockstar. The characters were so real and and believable. They had a rough start but worked to overcome their problems. The characters were human and both made mistakes. Will definitely read any more books Sarah Blake writes. Really enjoyed this one... A+
I was drawn into their world and loved it. I love when a book has me excited to jump back in and this book did that for me. Ana was so sweet and she has been through some horrible stuff. There is instantly a draw between Rhys and Ana. Rhys does a good job being there for Ana and I liked him as a Daddy. They have steamy chemistry and their relationship made me so happy. I can't wait for the next book.
I received an ARC and am leaving my honest and voluntary review.
okay i really enjoyed this. only bad things were i feel like it could’ve been longer, epilogue was disappointing and the chemistry between the mcs was a little off. BUT idk whyy i just really loved the vibes and enjoyed the actual reading experience.
‘“Because you’re mine, and it’s my job to take care of you.”’
‘making his eyes roll back’🤭🫣
‘“I’m never leaving you. You’re never leaving me. We’re going to be together for-fucking-ever, and I don’t want to hear any arguments.”‘
I really enjoyed this book and I was able to finish it within a day. The romance and the smut balanced each other out. I loved how patient Rhys was with Ana and how he didn’t rush her into trying out things. The book was a bit fast paced at the end, I think I could’ve read at least 100 more pages about them. Their relationship moved fast as well but I guess that was the love they shared between one another
He is not a confident daddy and that ruined the story he asked her about every little thing and did not take control which is the whole point having him make the decisions and be the one on control. If he had not been a complete newbie could have been a good story but he was completely green and did not know what he was doing
This is a new author and she has done a wonderful job with this story. I love Rhys and Ana and their story was so good. She's had a rough past and he's a superstar in the music world. When they meet, it's instant on his part but she's running scared. When the past catches up with her, it's up to Rhys to save her. Can he save the one woman who means the world to him?
Rhys and Ana were just so cute and perfect for each other. Shy bookworm Ana had some trauma due to her ex. Rhys is the kind of Daddy and Dom she needed. He was compassionate and he always checked to be sure that she was completely happy and felt secure in everything they did. I can not wait to see the rest of this series! I genuinely liked all the main characters!
I really enjoyed this book. The writing, the main characters and side characters were all written well!
I like the way Rhys treated Ana and how patient he was with her and how he took care of her. I love the banter between them and I also loved her friends and his friends/band mates.
The twists and turns. The unexpected and the tear filled eyes as I read made me want to drag it out as long as I could. I didn’t want it to end. But, I did love the ending so it was worth the wait. Can’t wait to read more of what Sarah Blake has hiding from us all. Love you lady 🖤❤️
I devoured this book in one day. Its one of the best stories I've read in a while. Holy hell. I was entranced by it the whole time. I plan on reading it again. Only critique would be the ending felt a little rushed, but that could be cause I read it so quickly... Can't wait for more from this author!
I’m so impressed with this new author. This book was very well written with great characters, dynamic exploration, some romance, wonderful friendships, past trauma, revenge and suspense Sara Blake found a wonderful combination and created a fantastic book. I enjoyed the side stories of various characters and am really REALLY hoping this book is just the first in a long series.
Omg! I loved Rhys and Ana! They were so cute together and there was just enough Daddy play. It was well written and engaging for me. I couldn’t put it down! I can’t wait to read more of this series. I am glad to have a new author to enjoy!
First time reading this author and what an amazing book. I really loved how The foundational part of the relationship was laid out and help the play came into it. I really hope there are more books in the series soon.
