Very good book about live tournament, as i wanted to read more (after Dan Harrington classics).
It is quite more aggressive than Harrington, or maybe am I not enough. Anyway, there are a lot of hands ranges charts, which is nice if you have the time/capicity to read and study it. The mathematical aspect is well developped.
CSI and power number are useful concepts (despite CSI is M-like).
There are also nice elements of life-related influences to poker: health , nutrition, concentration etc.
I also loved Elky comments: one of the best MTT player in the world.

This was a nice first step into some of the new thinking going on about the game. It is an interesting experience to know a topic really well and get to see a paradigm shift happen. Not everyone who gets old gets to go through that experience, but I'm sure everyone who goes through that experience feels old.

A bit of a technical read, but worth the bother for serious poker players. I found the section on when to shove in relation to the blinds and when to call worth the price of the book.
