Routine runs the life of seventeen-year-old Milton. But when he must face confrontation in the form of his broken family, his friend whom he suspects is using him, and the girl in school whom he has a crush on yet can t find the courage to tell her how he feels, a war wages within him. Desire and reason clash as the orderliness of his life erodes away. And as he is pushed further over the edge, and the pressure accumulates, his decisions become more and more erratic. The good kid he once was slowly begins to deteriorate, and violence and immoral actions don t seem so unreasonable. The line that once existed, the line between right and wrong, distorts. As Milton later discovers, there is a purpose to that line. Unfortunately, he doesn t find out until blood is on his hands, and regret stains his soul.
