Yukinari Sasaki, an average high school boy, has extreme girl-phobia and gets an allergic reaction whenever he touches them, until he meets an alien named Miharu who takes him to a planet that houses only girls.
I have just enough interest in a couple of the characters and this is a light/quick enough read to keep this above a single star and that I'll finish the 5 volumes I have. But this isn't good overall. Most of the cast is unlikable, and while it may be harsh to hold against the manga when they're intentionally so, there's only so much "look at what trouble the annoying people are causing now" I can take (hint: very little) before it all... well, annoys me. Humor is at its best when it gets away from the one note "throw people of the gender certain characters are allergic to at them ad nauseam," which is sadly too infrequently.
Listen up, men: if you aren't reading this I don't know what you're doing with your time. It gets the job done and then some, if you catch my meaning. I read this 5x and ditched some boring conference with some "grieving" parents screeching about gun control. BAD ACTORS! Gonna have to try harder than that, snowflakes!
I'd like this manga better without the Fukuyama siblings. They are beyond annoying and the author seems more interested in them than in the protagonists.
I read was Girls Bravo:Volume 2. It was based on a fictional manga book. The setting in the story is during school. The main characters are Yukinari Sasaki, Miharu, Risa, and Kazuharu Fukuyama. The story is mainly about Yukinari Saski, who develops a fear of women that causes him to break out in hives whenever a girl touches or goes near him. He has a fear of women because throughout his life, women had mistreated him. The only girl that doesn't give him hives is Miharu, an alien from planet Siren. But, Risa, however, a magical girl from Earth- believes Yukinari is the man of her destiny. The purpose of this book was to entertain readers who love to read manga books. Most readers who love to read manga books are mostly interested in the pictures and comics to relate to. For instance, the quote, "UGH!" in the book helps you see how Yukinari is in pain as a result from Kazaharu.
