I've not actually tried any of the recipes yet, but this book is a good read about the history of Avoca. I'm sure the food will be delicious as the food in the cafes is and so I look forward to making some.

A lovely book and a good addition to my recipe shelf.

If you've the opportunity, whilst in Ireland, do visit their cafe, where you can enjoy both a visual and digestive feast!

The recipes are clear (though often larger portions) and enjoyable. Some unusual ingredients that may require sourcing, but well worth the effort.
