In The Anointing , Benny Hinn shows those of you who hunger for this precious anointing on your life how to prepare for it and the marvelous effects God's touch will have on your life. The Anointing picks up where the international bestseller Good Morning, Holy Spirit leaves off – leading you to a vital, life-changing experience with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit and introducing you to the power of God so you can act in that power.
Toufik Benedictus "Benny" Hinn is a televangelist, best known for his regular "Miracle Crusades"—revival meeting or faith healing summits that are usually held in stadiums in major cities.
I have always really enjoyed reading books from Benny Hinn. His writing style is clear, to the point, and easy to read. I have had this book since 2003 and never picked it up to read, but felt recently ver compelled to read it. I am so thankful I listened to that little tug in my heart. This book was great. Hinn goes into the what, why, and how to get the anointing. It's not super deep as in breaking down hebrew/greek words, but it is rich in insight into scripture about the anointing. It made me realize if I truly want to grow in my anointing I need to spend time with him.
The first part of the book Hinn talks a lot of about Kathryn Kuhlman and the impact she had on him. I was a little concerned he was just going to keep talking about her through the whole book. I love Kathryn Kuhlman and I have read many books about her, but I wanted to hear more about the anointing itself. Hinn does switch gears mid-way, and gets deeper into the topic. I will say this book is not for the faint hearted. Hinn gets real about paying the price to having a strong anointing. It's a breath a fresh air to hear truth in this microwave generation.
Este libro que es como la segunda parte de Buenos Días Espíritu Santo está muy bueno! Recomiendo ampliamente los dos libros para los creyentes que quieren empezar a vivir una relación con el Espíritu Santo y para aprender más!
Hard to rate this one... I think the parts I got the most out of was where he talked about Kathryn Kuhlman (indeed, I'd like to get the biography he wrote of her). Pound for pound it was good instruction, and exhortation from a man who clearly knows something about faith, and flowing in the anointing. I also read his earlier book 'Good Morning Holy Spirit,' yet its been long enough ago since I did that I can hardly compare the two. As I recall I weaned some good stuff from that one too. This isn't really the type of book I've been going for recently, but definately good instruction from a world renowned evangelist.
I met Benny Hinn years ago he is such a humbled and delightful man and to be in his presnece you could see and feel God around him. i was aprt of one of his crusades as a choir member when he came here to Michigan some years ago that was help at Cobo Hall.
I like that the book taught you about the anointing, how to keep it and how to get receive the Holy Spirit for the anointing.I would recommend to everyone who truly want the anointing because it is a great book.
The author argue that anointing is the important part in our life, so we could get quantum leap in our ministry and other areas in life. The author makes many examples through his ministry.
Excellent way to start understanding the deeper relationship you seek with God. Benny Hinn is full of God's presence, even through his books you know. I admire his wisdom.
This an amazing and very practical guide on the Anointing. I recommend for those that desire to go deeper in their relationship with the Holy Spirit and to experience the Power of God.
A great read. Very simple and practical. Also quite timely for this season where the church is more cerebral and supernatural. A big wake up call for me
Such a powerful book about the presence of God and His anointing. A great sequel to Good Morning Holy Spirit. This book is just as important today as when it was written.
Benny Hinn says, "In addition to the Bible I read as many Christian books as I possibly can." It is his opinion that this is one way to stay filled with the oil of heaven. The stories he shares in "The Anointing" of encounters with Kathryn Kuhlman and simple nuggets like this one make this a worth-while read.
The Annointing teaches about the revelation of the Annointed One. It is not about mystical touches and spreading the annointing and all that. It is based on John 15 where Jesus described Himself as the VINE... the only way to have any annointing is by being connected to the Annointed one- JESUS!
This is a very insightful book if you are looking to further your walk in Christ. It speaks about the elusive but sought after Anointing of the Holy Spirit and the price that must be paid in order for the Lord to entrust us with his Power. Great Read!
