Terrible, Read this start to finish and the plot made no sense. There was no storyline or anything, it was just randomly configured things which confused me further

A thrilling account of the human body and the systems that work together to make a fully (or near fully) functioning being. It'll keep you guessing throughout: "Is this important information?" or "Do I really need to memorize that?" All around, a thorough exploration of the human biological condition and a great read for anyone planning on writing the MCAT. For all others, steer clear.

I read all of these book front cover to back cover. To be honest it wasn’t that bad. 3 stars because the chemistry book taught me how to make literal crack.

Left her for last as a little treat. Loved every second of this week take me back. All my favorite physiology topics and genetics! And I got a sneak peek into developmental biology which I am so exited to take now. Did cause some spiraling when I would sit there like “how does a single called organisms become this complex and differentiated…?” but we got over that!!

pretty good i guess really interesting but the first two years of medical science at the university of western ontario didn't really set me up for this one as much as it did biochem, orgo chem, and gen chem. overall, very solid book super interesting i love my body

First thing...if I have to read this cover to cover I'm counting this to my reading goal for the yr. Second was good but expected better...some things were contradictory and the images could be clearer (AK lectures carried). The paragraphs and bold important words were great though.
