Stephen Poplin, M.A., CHT, spiritual hypnotherapist and transpersonal astrologer, has focused professionally upon personal and social improvement through self-awareness and spiritual understanding. His hypnotic specialties are past-life regressions, Life between Lives integration sessions, trance-personal journeys and talent enhancement.
After attending six universities in the U.S. and Europe, Stephen received his B.A. in philosophy and M.A. in Humanities (comparative religions focus) from Old Dominion University in Virginia. He has been a college instructor in several campuses from Virginia to California to Germany. He has studied history, drama therapy, astrology, Tarot, numerology and metaphysics. He moved to Virginia Beach, VA to study the Edgar Cayce readings. During his 10 years there, he gave talks at the A.R.E. (Association for Research and Enlightenment). Stephen saw patients and taught courses at the Center for Integrative Medicine – a part of the George Washington University Medical Center, Washington DC (www.gwcim.com/). He trained with Dr. Michael Newton; Stephen is the former International Director of The Michael Newton Institute for Life Between Lives Hypnotherapy. He is a member of the International Association of Counselors and Therapists (IACT).
A globetrotter with previous abodes in Spain, Denmark, Austria and Germany, Stephen works with an international clientele. He attained the German state recognized Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie and thus practices complementary modalities such as psycho-therapeutic hypnotherapy and counseling. Stephen travels frequently – giving talks and leading seminars.
He wrote this book while in Story County, Iowa, USA. He divides his time between the USA and Europe, but the world beckons him farther afield. His hobbies are photography, hiking, biking, reading and exploring.
