I picked this up at an Al-Anon meeting and it was the best book purchase I have made in a long time.

It is a great resource for working through the 12 steps and understanding the impact of Alcoholism on my life and my behavior. I am not a victim. I can change my perspective and my responses.

This is a powerful tool that I can refer to time and time again.
