I read Allen's latest book "All or Nothing" so I decided to give this one a chance. Something of a typical murder mystery that takes place in Miami, FL. A few of the characters are written rather well and one or two just aren't so convincing.

A more emotive book than the aforementioned title, but in a typical sitcom sorta way. I kind of felt like I was watching a cop drama toward the end. A simple read but not very compelling.

This is probably one of the worse books I've ever read. At least I learnt some interesting facts about Opa-Locka.
