Ophelia has always had the hots for Chase and Xavier but they've never notice her till she comes into heat and after been cooped in cabin she try's to take a walk where she bums into Chase and Xavier her mates.
They spend amazing day together but then her mates tell her they need to sort out some things without much explanation. They don't speak to Ophelia so she makes a date with another young wolf then hears from a friend that Chase and Xavier have met their mate and preparing their house but not told anyone who it is.
After her friendly dinner with Another wolf Chase and Xavier corner her and they then try and convince her that they love her and are mates which leads to some very hot scenes.
Great story HEA.

Straight up PNE - paranormal erotica. I guess you could say there's romance, since technically they're all in love, but this is primarily focused on Ophelia getting her mating heat and being ready to rut with anybody who comes along. She ultimately agrees to Chase and Xavier, whom she's loved all her life. They fuck her brains out and take off, leaving her confused and heartbroken. Then she hears they've found their mate. Yes, it's her - but she doesn't know that yet.
So I have to wonder at these guys. They up and leave their mate in the middle of her mating heat (which is supposedly so arousingly painful) and go off to prepare their house for her. Meanwhile, she's writhing in lust and damn near ready to accept anybody else. And these two also lack communication because she has no idea...nor does anybody else since there are still wolves hanging out on her front porch ready to take advantage of her heat. And where was all this protectiveness for a mate? She's all alone, her house surrounded by horny wolves and these big bad dominant werewolves are playing house? Yeah. As sexy as this was, there was just so many contrived circumstances and truly WTF moments.

This fourth book of the series definitely lives up to the hot, sexual intensity of the prior stories. Ophelia is sweet and adorable and truly suffering during her mating heat. Xavier and Chase are sexy as all hell and more than willing to help a girl out.
These three discover more than just sex though and that's the fun part to watch.

I like my alpha shifter to be hot, hard, and intense; and oh my, did Jenika Snow gave me what I want and more! Jenika Snow is my top 3 author that can deliver an honest-to-goodness shifter and paranormal romance stories with OTT H. This one is another quick good story of lust and off-the-roof smuttiness. The book decorates with pages after pages of lusting and ample of the goodness of intense bed scene! A good read with hot choco as a companion in the rainy or snowy season.
