So, I wouldn't recomend this unless you're a manager (or wish to be one) of an archive (or maybe even small library). But! If you are! This is a great guide to management with lots of practical advice.
Much more to the point than other management books, and the examples are easy to follow. It's also nice to have info about project management and funding. Still, it's a bit boring.
Good overview of managerial responsibilities and considerations as specific to an archive. However, this is in sore need of an update since its 2004 publication.
