Carla Dunleavy receives a letter from the grandmother she never knew she had and the changes that happen after that are enormous! With the help of her grandmother, a handsome cowboy named Wade and a colt named Done Driftin' Carla goes from rich snob to down home country girl. Tragedy strikes twice after Carlas' mother arrives, is she behind it? Will the farm survive?

I love reading about race horses and add a little romance to the lot and you got a recipe for a good book ;)

It's hard to find something as distinct yet timeless as the classic romance novel, and Done Driftin' delivers. A must-read for horse lovers!
