I prefer the first edition to the second, but this is still great and very simple and effectiv. First edition has lessons which I enjoyed going through. But second edition reads far more smoothly. I would be interested in the third edition also. The key takeaway, which I don't feel the author made explicit, is the connections between the various formulae: evidently the way to X10 the CVS to BVS is by SDNT.
