He has written five books which have dominated the real estate book sales space starting in 2006.

Graziosi was born and raised in Marlboro New York. Dean Graziosi is the son of Paul Graziosi and Gloria Post. He is the youngest of two. When he was 3 his parents divorced and he was raised mostly by his mother and Grandmother until the age of 13 when he moved in with his father. His growing up was hard as the family faced many financial difficulties and he moved more than 20 times by the age of 19. He went to Marlboro High School and never went to college. Before the age of 20 Dean did had his first entrepreneurial success buying, fixing and reselling cars, during this time he also completed his first real estate deal. Dean, who had no capitol at the time; cleverly bought a run-down apartment with no money down,. This experience encouraged him into continuing investing in real estate.

Personal Life

Dean is married to Jonelle Ward and has two Children Breana born in 2006 and Brody born in 2008. He lives in Phoenix Arizona.

Career

After various successful real estate investments, Graziosi decided to write a real estate training course he titled "Think A Little Different" in 2002. Then went on to write his first book "Totally Fulfilled" in May of 2006 published by Vanguard Press, which hit the NY Times best-seller list. It explained Dean's unique "core" approach to optimal results, success and fulfillment in all areas of life. Dean's second book "Be A Real Estate Millionaire: Secret Strategies for Lifetime Wealth Today," also published by Vanguard Press was the fastest and best selling real estate book of 2007 and 2008 and made the bestseller lists of the NY TIMES, USA Today, the Wall Street Journal and Amazon.com. In January 2009, Dean's third release, "Profit From Real Estate Right Now" a step-by-step guide to take even a novice through their first profitable investment, was an immediate hit, and within 90 days it was surpassing the monthly sales of his previous bestseller. Dean went on to write two more real estate books that both had similar high numbers of sales and delivered results for readers "Your Town Your Profits" and "30 Days To Real Estate Cash"

Business Ventures and Investments

In 1998, Dean wrote and produced his first infomercial selling a program on how to earn money buying and selling cars, titled "Motor Millions." Motor Millions went on to be a very successful program and company while helping people all over America make money with cars like Dean had done in his early years.

In 2002, Dean Graziosi formed Dean Enterprises, LLC as the creation and production company for his real estate information products and produces all his infomercials. The first was the "Think A Little Different" real estate program. In October of 2006, the name was officially changed to the "Success Academy" reflecting the high quality of training it provides.

In 2010 Dean teamed up with EvTech, a company whose owners have over 15 years of expertise in managing and running

I was fortunate to receive this book in the mail, on Christmas Eve. I went on vacation on Christmas Day, and brought this book along. I was planning on reading other books that I had brought with me, but my gut was telling me to read this book first.

I don't throw this quote out often, but I will here: This might be the most important book you will ever read, besides your personal books of faith.

I have taken so many notes and there are so many dog-eared pages, I've lost track. This is a roadmap to life book, if there ever was one.

Dean brings you along the path to success, showing you how to do it, while being your cheerleader along the way.

If I ever meet Dean in person, I'm going to hug him, because this book is a life changer for me. I'm already on a path of doing something new and exciting in my life, and this book reinforces those changes, and gives me structure to move ahead.

This book belongs in your collection!

Small Shifts Can Make a Huge Difference

Dean Graziosi has achieved great success in his personal life. His life story is amazing and fascinating. In MILLIONAIRE SUCCESS HABITS, Graziosi boils the success habits into a series of short modifications that anyone can tackle--wherever you are on the path to success.

As Graziosi writes in the opening pages, "I identified the tiny shifts that have made the difference in our lives--and will make the biggest impact in your life. That's what this book has and that's what this book is going to deliver. It's going to show you how to replace old habits with new ones that will help you make the leap to the next level of success." (Page 10)

I enjoyed reading MILLIONAIRE SUCCESS HABITS and recommend this book.

Millionaire Success Habits
Dean Graziosi, 2018

We all know that 2020 has been a challenging year. When challenges force us to adapt, is there a better time to change our habits? Covid 19 has made 2020 and likely 2021 into an appropriate time to change habits.
Some wisdom from the book, some are Graziosi and some were inspired by reading the book:
• People with money, give people with money a bad name
• The rich and the poor have the same number of days, hours and minutes in the week. What do you do with yours?
• Luck = preparation + perseverance + planning
• If you eliminate the liabilities from your life what is left is wealth
• Identify your why and then answer the questions

One that is the author’s idea is the seven levels deep asking of ‘why.’ Some think it is the foundation to all success, for instance:
Ask the question 7 levels deep: i.e. “Why do you want your own business?”
1. To earn a living
2. To share an experience
3. To learn as I earn
4. To live as I earn
5. To scale
6. To create movement
7. To create a trace of heaven on earth
They also provide a website www.thebetterlife.com as resource tab.
Some other thoughts that you should consider are:
• Avoid parasites, energy vampires, conmen – including the political sort, and bureaucrats all suck out your energy;
• Delegate what you are not good at, but do not delegate singing checks, and keep a running bank balance;
• Going to bat for our clients;
• Age, experience, wisdom, insight and agility;
• There are a million of reasons not to succeed, and only 3 or 4 reasons to succeed – attitude, plan, passion (for product service or clients) perseverance – anything missing from the list?
The four C’s of Confidence:
1. Courage
2. Commitment
3. Capabilities
4. Confidence
You can fail a ton in my life but fail fast and rebound quickly.
• Failure is not permanent, giving up is…
• Learn your lessons from ‘failure’ and change them into experience
• Learn your lessons from ‘failures’ and change them into learning experiences.
Marketing is attracting what you want into your life and repelling things you don’t want.
 “By being honest, loyal, and a man of your word, you’re going to get taken advantage of…. ~ LV
Find happiness; success will follow – even in a problem filled life. Money without happiness = greed.
Happiness Habit:
1. Define what happiness looks and feels like to you
2. Make the present your friend the power of now ~ Echart Tolle
3. Stop over thinking
4. Focus on possible outcome
5. Let go of specific outcomes
a. What if life happens for us, not to us? ~ Tony Robbins
6. Don’t be afraid to fail
a. You miss 100% of shots you don’t take ~ Wayne Gretzky
b. But learn to apply lessons so that ‘failures’ become experience.
7. Let go of grudges
a. Love your enemies (yes, bullies too!) ~ Lino Matteo
8. Be grateful for what’s in front of you
9. Don’t settle for good enough
10. Be part of something bigger
Some thoughts:
• Woe is the foe…
• Take creative time daily…
• Observe other jobs for gratitude…
• Scared money makes no money.
• Spoil yourself randomly
Some more Lino Matteo thoughts:
• Save money first, then spend, only then are you wealthy;
• Celebrate your successes, frequently;
• Invest in yourself, for instance reading 10 books @ 6 hours each, 60* $50 per hour = $3000 + books
• Find the good in the setbacks…there is a lesson…failure is not learning the lesson
• Live long & prosper

Now we do encourage you to read the book, and to incorporate your own thinking into your reading, but we are going to give you some more highlights:
1. Draw energy from your frequent smiles;
2. Bounce back fast;
3. Think solution, not problem;
4. Ask happy people;
5. Go to your happy place;
6. Take time to understand;
7. Don’t Judge;
8. Help those who are worse off then you;
9. Do your best always;
10. Hire people who have already done what you want to do;
11. Delegate anything that’s not your unique ability;
12. Feed your daily motivation;
13. Focus with passion on one thing.

In closing let’s say that this is a well laid out and easy to grasp book. We are not convinced that it will help you become a millionaire, but there are definitely ideas and lessons that might help you do something more important. Dean Graziosi, Millionaire Success Habits just might make you become wealthy, as in wealthy, healthy and wise.

I debated on only giving this book 3.5 stars, but as I looked back on my notes I realized that I learned more than I initially realized.

I listened to this audiobook in less than a day so although it was good enough to breeze through quickly, I didn’t finish the book with a sense of awe. I will say that I think the beginning of the book was more informative than the end. If the end of the book was as insightful as the end then I would have rated it higher. Overall there were some good ideas that I never really considered before, but there were also some repeated clichés like “don’t judge” or “help those that are worse off than you”. I will outline below a few of my favorite take-aways.

*Finding your “why” is very important but something that not many people realize. One good exercise to find your why is to go seven levels deep. The goal is to move progressively deeper by asking why questions seven times. The author recommends doing this exercise several times a year because it’s not uncommon for our “why” to change. For example, why do you want to have a successful career? “So that I can establish financial independence.” One would then ask why they want to achieve financial independence. Maybe “because my parents really struggled to raise me and I don’t want my children to face the same struggles that I did”. Continue this exercise until you have asked yourself why seven times. Graziosi recommends doing this exercise with someone else, but if this isn’t an option than you can do it alone. The goal is to move away from head answers and come up with an answer from the heart.

*Work on your strengths instead of your weaknesses. More often than not, society tells us that we should work on our weaknesses so we are a more well-rounded individual. The author does not agree with this principle. He thinks that this is one of the biggest lies we are told. He says that we end up feeling inferior subconsciously by doing this- that it hurts our confidence. Instead he urges us to improve our strengths, and outsource our weaknesses to someone else whenever possible. He provided the example of paying someone to mow because it was taking up too much of his day, and his time could have been spent on something that was more productive/would lead to more income for himself.

*People most often will buy what they want, not what they need. No matter what your next goal is, remember that supplying what people want will win over supplying what you think they need. It’s best to give people what they want and try to wrap it around what they need whenever possible. When you tap into people’s wants you stir their emotions, and emotions are what make decisions.

This book helped me to answer to my biggest fear was. It helped me to realize things which I didn't expect to realize during reading this book. It is motivating to take your life in to your hands. And everything is up to you with a right mentor. The most important thing is the book is teaching the idea of helping yourself and trusting your inner voice.

Great read. Definitely recommend to anyone who is not where they want to be.
Top takeaways:
All it comes down to is courage and action!
Write out 2 columns:
Things I'm no longer willing to accept in life. Things that are now MUSTS in my life.
Learn to overcome rejection and be as enthusiastic at door 100 as door 1.
Love the 7 LAYERS DEEP from Sullivan.
LEARN TO LEARN FAST! BLOW THROUGH MISTAKES AND GROW!
Future look back:
Let's imagine it's a year from now, and we just had the best year of our lives in our relationship. What does the past year look like, describe it to me. What do our date nights look like? What have we done with our children? How much vacation time have we had? What house are we in? Describe it in detail.
Strive for relationships, not transactions.
HAPPINESS HABITS:
Define what happiness LOOKS AND FEELS LIKE! Write out a list of things/experiences that truly make you happy!Make the PRESENT your friend! Most live for tomorrow but you must live today! Stop OVERTHINKING! Take action! Focus on a POSITIVE OUTCOME! Focus on what could go right! You must protect your peace!Let go of specific outcomes. Life happens for you when you see it better than it is.Dont be AFRAID TO FAIL! You want to fail daily as it means trying new things. Let go of grudges. This will free you. Be grateful for what's in front of you! Train yourself to be grateful. Don't settle for good enough. Always work toward better. Be part of something bigger. Must rely on God!
Must have FORCED FOCUS!

“It doesn't matter where you come from. It only matters where you are and where you want to go.”

To be honest, before I started this book, I was skeptical if I'd like this book... or even if I'd finish it. I've just seen too much of Dean's commercials, ads, and cameos, and and he's a bit over-the-top. Yet this was a good book. I listened to the audiobook over the course of about a week at the gym.

The success tips in this book are worthwhile habits (some quick hacks and some will take years to perfect, if ever). Having read Tony Robbins, Brendan Burchard, and other related books, I've been working on some of these tips already. Yet, Dean's approach, style, and some of his specific tips are quite unique. I strongly suggest printing the material from his website and filling out the worksheets.

Amazing book realy good insights
The title may be misleading. And you expect another one of "habits" books like
Meditate, exercise, read and so on .
But it has actual insights in what kind of habits you need to adopt to have an OUTSTANDING relationship, friendship, family and business.

What I found the excercises especially good in this book where they where explained in easy and actionable steps.

One of the most powerful
Find your deeper "why" for being

Or an other one was confront your limiting beliefs and self, and switch them to empowering ones. And having reminders for you so you dont turn back.

Great book! I added additional whys while reading this book. I am loving what I am doing like learning on a regular basis, getting up early and focusing on my strengths, free from distractions etc. To some extent, I already know where I want to be and someday if possible, I would love to meet you and share my success that I have been persistently waiting for the last eight years. I am determined and I believe the real road to success is mine now. Thank you and have good time with your family. aha yes it's New Year Eve. Happy New Year 2020. God bless you and give you more strength to impact the world.

It is a powergul book. Also practical and what you can find is:

Habits to find purpose and motivation
Habits to not let you "inner villain" take control and instead practice other habits to make your "inner hero" rule.
Habits to grow your business and income (hence I do not recommend you to read it if you do not work)
Habits to be happier.
"Successful hacks" that you can find in similar books.

I give it a 4 because the book is full of stories that can be shorter to demonstrate how the habits work

Personally the most remarkable habitsfor me were the find your why section, the practices to grow confidence, new definitions about marketing and sales and the happiness habits.

If you're into self-help books. I reckon this i the only book that you need. It is not the book which tells you that you can do it, be motivated and go for the kill. It has a method to the madness. This book has systematic approach towards the idea of successful habits and how can they be integrated into our lives. The concept of finding your WHY is brilliant which is done by applying the 7 layers of questioning method. You can't help it but to come to a conclusion that Dean is a very nice guy who really wants to help.

This book was like a bible to me. I stumbled across it and was perhaps sceptical initially but never have I taken so many notes from a book before. It is a book full of honesty but positivity, that is the most enduring element of it. If you are looking for some motivation and perspective, then this is the book for you. I sometimes think it is a shame that we have to turn to such materials for inspiration but in this case, I feel that I am a better person for having read it!
