As a first dan black belt in taekwondo, I found this to be one of the most interesting things I've ever gotten the chance to read. Grandmaster Won Chik Park 's story is one of inspiration and triumph. Not everyones story will be the same and an imagine like that of Grandmaster Park is one that I can only dream of achieving. While I may have been taught differently from him, I know that the same tenets drive and continue to drive both of us forward to achieve our goal, and start a new one right after.

There are actually a number of typos throughout the book, but it didn't take the experience out for me.
