Superdog is a brand new competition for dogs of all shapes and sizes. And Twister looks like a natural winner. He's fast, he's clever, he's adorable - and Neil and Emily think he's a top dog! But it's tough at the top, and Twister faces stiff competition - from some very determined dog-owners. Can the Parkers help Twister prove that he really is the best?
Prolific author of animals stories for younger children, in particular dog and cat stories. As well as a Puppy Tales and Kitten Tales series she has written the Pony Tales series of pony books.
There is some speculation that the author does not actually exist but is a psuedonym for another author or authors. One author mentioned as writing under the name of Jenny Dale is Liss Norton, who incidentally is also said to be one of the ghostwriters for the Lucy Daniels Animal Ark series.
For kids who love dogs, this book is great. It's focused on a dog show competition with a little bit of a mystery (who drugged a dog) involved. I liked that when the winner finds out that his family was involved in drugging a competitors dog that he bowed out.
This time Neil and Emily are at a dog show -- the Superdog competition! As they root on their friends to win, something bad happens to one of the dogs, Twister. It looks like a competitor is purposely trying to sabotage the dog's chances of winning! What can Neil and Emily do to straighten the situation out?
