Trixie Cole and her friends have a plan—a really nasty plan that includes five dozen rotten, smelly, putrefied eggs. On Halloween night, they are going to “decorate” the big creepy house at the end of Shady Way, where Mr. Boggarty lives. He’s the grumpy old guy that lives by himself, doesn’t take care of his huge house, and never hands out candy to trick-or-treaters.

I received this book for free as a #GoodreadsGiveaway
A group of kids decide to prank the neighborhood grumpy old man on Halloween night, only to get pranked themselves by said old man. I suspect several of the old man's one-liners will go over the heads of many children, but I found it to be a cute read. It should be noted that this book will teach your kids how to make rotten eggs for egging! 😂

Great book

I think everyone that has the Halloween spirit should read this book to their kids. "Lime Green Ghost" warmed my heart and soul.
