well...I love this theme... it fascinates me, however, I found this story interesting, but it wasn't well done. I give it 4 stars for its approach to an extremely taboo subject. I think the reunion between the characters could have been better handled and with the same outcome!
I found it all unrealistic and forced... I think a growth of sensations, attractions and discoveries would be more interesting... a slight realistic touch would have changed everything!

For the most perverse minds, I recommend it!

I absolutely love Kehlani's books. They are a quick steamy read that will leave you begging for more. I really enjoyed getting CJ "Lucien" and Aurora's points of views throughout the book.

I would recommend this book if you like extreme taboo romances, age gap romances, or forbidden romances.

The book starts of with Cj who is stranded in front of Aurora’s house who lets him in and even offers to share a bed without knowing him 🫢This book was my first mom and son romance and let me tell you the mom… 𝑺𝒐 𝒉𝒐𝒕 the way she takes control 😽. Kehlani definitely did not disappoint it definitely delivered on the spice and my favorite trope ( virgin hero ) it was a great short smutty novella can’t wait for more books from Kehlani !!

Like always my girl has blown it out, I wasn't disappointed at all. I was hooked from start to finish. Lucien was a super sweet guy that you could tell that just wanted his mama's love and in the end he got it.

At sixteen Aurora’s baby was taken from her and she never recovered from the loss. Now living in isolation she is surprised a stranger is stranded near her house but is moved to help him.
CJ, the stranger, knows exactly who Aurora is, his mother. He had know idea the emotions it would stir seeing his mother for the first time, he was definitely not prepared for the overwhelming attraction seeing her would induce🫢🤭.

This author really knows how to get you to feel for characters in a very short amount of pages. Don’t get me wrong the smut is 🔥🔥 but I liked that the characters were able to have emotions and turmoil in a short read.

Definitely recommend 5/5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

these all kind of get a what the. i tried to give a bunch of them a go, hoping that they would get better coz weird little novellas are always good to read before a big series, but i just could not enjoy them. made me feel sick and made me feel sad. ALSO the endings on all of them were super anticlimatic and came out of nowhere.
