Got this as a present last weekend, started reading an hour ago and just finished it. So many recognizable situations in here, so much fun.

I have to be honest; I am not a coder - so I suspect much of the humor escaped me. I think that someone with a coding background will like this book. I did recognize some of the management elements in here - I once attended a meeting, to decide when to have a meeting, to plan on setting up a meeting schedule!?!? If you are/know a coder I suspect you will like this book.

I've been reading Geek and Poke for a while now. Whilst Dilbert comics discusses more of management issues, Geek and Poke talks about issues of programmers, due to their own work and also the effect of management decisions. This book contains a collection of hilarious comics, and I'd recommend every programmer who's worked for a corporate to read this book.
