The du Sang brothers have finally gotten their mate back, but she's not the same omega she was before. She's broken, scarred, and mute.
Now the hunt is on for her kidnapper, but without any significant leads, it's dead end after dead end. Surprisingly, it's their father who hands them to key to their mother's ruin, kickstarting the next phase in their plan.
It just so happens that their mate's abductor isn't thrilled about this plan of theirs, and makes it clear they need to stop before their omega pays with her life. Most alphas would call a ceasefire to protect their mates.
But no one ever said the du Sangs were sane.
The Deadened is book three of three in the Hunted ♥ Three alpha males ★ One omega female ♥ Abduction/Kidnapping ★ Twin alphas ♥ Dark vampire omegaverse ★ Revenge ♥ Ends with a HEA
USA Today bestselling author, D.E. Chapman is a fantasy novel addict that reads them as much as she writes them, often pretending to be her characters. After all, life is infinitely more exciting with magic and dragons. She hopes to one day write a book so fantastical that it creates a portal to another world. But beware, not all she writes is sunshine and happy endings. There are darker stories hiding within the depths of her mind, filled with mature content and twisted themes, so tread with caution!
I’m loving this series, the characters are so well put together, I love how it all playing out, I can’t wait to finish this series, there is so much drama, angst, tension and steaminess, I can’t wait to see how the whole series ends! Great job!.

Part of the Hunted series each picks up where the last one left off and the last one their girl was brutalized and broken picking up where she is trying to heal, still isn’t speaking but knows all three of them love her and wanting what’s best for her which is finding out who did this to their girl all while trying to make sure their mother pays for her sins against all omega’s but also, their girls kidnapper isn’t happy about them exposing their mother’s crimes to the public especially when she has done so much good but kidnapping their omega to begin with when she wasn’t in the program nor was she in heat in fact their mother drugged her forcing her to go to them in heat and forcing her son who didn’t want or need an omega to take her along with his brothers but that plan backfired they fell in love with their girl, wanting to protect her, wanting to kill whomever hurt her, but will they find out, will their mother pay for her crimes, will they find out the real reason she wanted their property, will their omega ever be whole again, and is their happiness for these four who has been through so much?
**This review is for all three books, since they're all one story**
I actually really liked the premise of the story and the authors writing style, but these novellas were way too short for the story being told.
The first book is just Anna being kidnapped and forced to live with the brothers, with some pretty messed up stuff happening while she's there.
Then she gets kidnapped and has more shit happen to her and the brothers realize they need her back.
The third book is just them figuring out who did all of this to them and more importantly Anna, but we never see the brothers have a conversation with her and apologize for what THEY did to her before she was kidnapped.
I get that Omegaverse books have different rules with how characters interact, but I would have expected more remorse from Brenton at the very least, even if Anna instinctually forgives him because he's her alpha and she needs his comfort.
You definitely won't be dead after reading the finale of this series. With the same steam as the prior books, this story doesn't disappoint. It ups the ante by giving more action and drama as we start getting into the meat of the plot behind Anna's kidnapping and rape. We see more of the caring side of the Alphas in this book.
While it wrapped up those big, burning questions, I will tell you we never learn if Anna ever speaks again, if she ever overcomes most of the mental trauma of the ordeal. I would like to have known. I can tell you that I wouldn't mind a spin-off story about some of the other side Alphas. They were just intriguing enough and this world was just too titillating.
As always DEChapman, give me more. Can't get enough.

This is the final book in this series. I really loved how all the questions get answered finally . . . Tho it did feel slightly rushed towards the end.
One of my favorite things about dark romance of any kind is how you can take a antihero and go from strongly disliking them to really loving the character. And this author is really great at doing that and has done that for all her male MCs in this book.
I am not sure how to feel about Anna. She seems to have a harder time after what happened to her in the second book. And her character feels like it took a big step back in this book. But I also somewhat understand why this was done. Either way I still enjoyed this book and how everything does come together in the end!
Book three in this series was so heartbreakingly raw it had me wanting to jump right into the pages and give Anna a hug.
When Theo, Mason and Brenton get their Omega she was a broken shell of who she once was. However, it was so heartwarming to read how they put her back together. It was purr by purr, and good girl by good girl!
In closing, the best part of this book and series was when they get their revenge and their purrfect HEA.
I have received this as an ARC and this is my honest review.
Honestly I was excited to see this book release way earlier than planned. I knew the books themselves were short and came into this knowing that already as this is the final book.
What I really didn’t like and cost the two stars is the fact Anna never spoke again, her POVs were minimal. We never got that closure for a whole plot point basically.
We finally see all the players in this cat and mouse game. The du Sang brothers are able to avenge the wrongs done to them and their loved one. The only downside is that Anna went from a feisty Omega in book 1, to a wary, broken Omega in book 3. I was still able to enjoy the book and the series, overall, was very well done.
The fantastic conclusion to the trilogy from D.E. Chapman. Deliciously dark and sexy. Great characters throughout, and a storyline that kept me hooked until the end. Would recommend.
