really interesting, very informative. only thing, they don't tell you that high-fiber (huge part of the cleansing) is bad if you have any thyroid issues so FYI... also, it pushes certain products and some people can't stand that. on the whole i found it to be uplifting and inspiring - give it a try

I can read about it, and it sounds like something I should do, but then I don't.
