This is the cutest little thing! A children's book that I got gifted from Ireland and that is so very lovely, I'll be sure to read the stories to my future kid/s as well! The illustrations are gorgeous and I obviously wish the book was much much longer, but I cherish it for what it is :)
Excellent book. Michael and I picked it up at a little bookshop in Dublin to bring back to the kids. They love it-- it's a frequent bedtime request. We've begun recording ourselves reading the stories for the kids' Yoto player.
I wanted to brush up and be reminded of the Irish legends that I had learned in school. This book was just perfect for that and is an excellent children’s book.
I bought this for my friend, a little 4 year old that visited Ireland last year. It's compact for sure, but I love the stories. They have charming details, and I love how the endings aren't perfectly happy but still satisfying. Pretty illustrations throughout add to the overall effect.
