I bought 5 Sudoku books by various publishers, none of them are as good as this book.
The puzzles are challenging, I spent anywhere from 12 minutes on a small number, averaged maybe 25 minutes on many, and over an hour on a few. Granted I did them just before sleep and was sometimes fatigued. They are really well designed puzzles.
It's often pleasing to see your partial solution perfectly symmetrically laid out on the puzzle. Whoever made these had a great sense of Sudoku. And sometimes you used several strategies and seemed stuck until your very last strategy found one number that unlocked the whole thing.
The are 2 puzzles per page, with enough room to note the start & stop times, and which numbers are completely solved for, above or below each puzzle, so they're not too small, not too large, perfectly laid out in my opinion.
If you like Sudoku and are past the beginner stage this is a great book, I highly recommend it.I hope they made more in this series as I will be looking for them.
