With thirty foreign dignitaries among the dead and wounded, the international repercussions are expected to be enormous. A Buckingham Palace spokesman confirmed that young Prince George, who is next in line for the throne3, will be named Regent, since his older brother is in hospital with grave wounds and "is not expected to survive.
