This book is creative and innovative. The founder of a church in San Diego, the author is a former gang member who was stabbed as a young teen and found his way to becoming a DJ. He was very successful and fell into drugs and realized he could not continue on forever as he was. He founded a church and began preaching the power of positivity and follow your heart. I liked the philosophy that leading with your heart can take you to the next level. I did not agree with one example used here to illustrate forgiveness chapter. It was jarring. The author is passionate and infectious.

Sergio writes 40 chapters, apparently from sermons preached in his church in San Diego.
He states that "the course of a person's life will always be determined by the condition of their heart."
Not much to disagree with in this book. I had expected more content about the heart.
Lots of quotes, lots of application.
It is interesting that the beginning of each of the 10 parts of the book there are web addresses to sermons online in conjunction with the section.
