A short concise book on every condition that affects the lungs, some of which you would not suspect, such as cystic fibrosis, hunchback, candida, and Valley fever just to name a few. Dr. Ingram is very fervent in his belief that oregano oil is a primary and fundamental treatment for all varieties lung disease takes.
He also outlines very sensible pragmatic courses of action to keep your lungs healthy even giving lists of foods that inhibit or enhance respiratory functions.
Although he seems to postulate that oregano oil is almost like a magic elixir, I subscribe more to the three forms of iodine as being more beneficial to 'overall' body functioning thereby also strengthening the lungs. It is now well-documented and known that we are facing an epidemic of lack of the mineral all over the world.
That said, I was very startled to be reminded that: You can live without food and water for days or weeks but only a few minutes without oxygen. So he is very passionate about educating how the lungs work and what to do to keep them working efficiently.
So it's a worthwhile book to read and consider supplementing with oregano oil, but only wild grown not farmed.
