Headstrong young Alexandra Seward's requirements for a husband--elegance, sophistication, and romance--do not describe rugged, unpolished Tucker Bandy, but Alexandra cannot deny her desire for her childhood friend's embrace
There's another reviewer who already said it: the h was just too fickle!! it really got annoying, and she was unfair to both the H and the OM. For that matter, the H, while being patient ad nauseum with the h, was also unfair to the OW, using her to try and forget the h (even though he sincerely wanted to try and start a new life with her).
It was also pretty crummy for the H and h to be sleeping together while trying to decide if they're going to marry the OM/OW!!!
And are we really supposed to believe the H would turn down his rightful inheritance, after feeling socially inferior to the h all his life? COME ON!!!!
Couldn’t really finish this as Alexandra is TSTL! Just make up your mind about that damn poor Tucker already, like damn! She’s so childish and immature I swear.
They did my girl Merri and her son WRONG in this unnecessary sequel. I can hardly believe this is the same writer. I wholeheartedly hope this is a ghost writer. I’d like to believe Dana could NEVER do the injustices committed in this book to Nicholas and Merri. They deserved the whole world. I’m still gutted. This book haunts me.
