Įžvalgus ir modernus požiūris į HR procesus ir kuriamą vertę organizacijai pritaikant agile principus ir metodus kasdienybėj. Labai nuosekli, aiški, su praktiniais situacijų ir įrankių pavyzdžiais. Tas retas atvejis, kai nėra tokiai literatūrai būdingo pilstymo iš tuščio į kiaurą, o yra tikslingas ir vertingas turinys. Svajoju, kad taip ir veiktų šiuolaikinis HR.
