In Hollywood, a passion project is something that's done, not for money, but for the love of the art. They had both come to Los Angeles to be part of the movie business. She's a wide-eyed starlet with big dreams but living in a friend's pick-up truck. He's an older man who... Well, he's being a bit coy about that. Lost in her own world, she barely notices him when he displaces her from the office she's working in, at her friend's little cable access studio. But he must have noticed her.
