Introduce management using the book that has already helped almost two million students prepare for successful business careers. Griffin's MANAGEMENT, 10E combines classic theory, current research, a student-friendly presentation, and memorable examples to present both traditional management coverage and the newest emerging management topics. This edition examines the latest on organizational justice and negotiation as well as the impact of the 2008-2009 economic recession and global warming on business. The book's well-organized, inviting approach organized around the functions of management helps students strengthen their management skills with an effective balance of theory and practice using numerous proven learning features. Hundreds of well-researched popular examples -- from well-known Coca-Cola to emerging companies, such as Google and Facebook, as well as smaller and non-profit organizations -- underscore that strong management is critical to success in any type of organization.

Finished my reading of this textbook. As far as textbooks go, I found the information valuable and better than some I have read. It is a relief to know I don't have to read anymore textbooks for awhile!

This book is definitely helping with my HR studies...
It is a very nice textbook that digs in deeper into the aspect of business management, the only criticism I guess is the size of the book - it's not a "standard" size book - it's big, and really heavy.

Griffin is a Master of Management. This thick book is very well written, graphically organised and full of contemporary examples.

The text is definitely dry, but if you can get through it, there is a lot of valuable information in here.
