Marc Spencer, a friend of fast cars and fancy women, owner of a residential barge on the Thames, works for SpyCop. This is a secret service of the two British secret services MI5 and MI6, which normally operate separately at home or abroad. But the abilities of the Espers, to whom Marc belongs, are too unusual to employ in an ordinary department. Marc and others of his kind work not only in England, but also on the lunar base and in the underwater settlements of the year 2216. Espernauts or Espers use their mutant powers or PSI abilities for the good and rarely have to resort to a weapon.
