This book gives you an amazing tool to increase your free attention, to explore your awareness and beliefs.
Things you may discover, totally depends on yourself. Of course if you take The AVATAR course and read it, the journey will be completed and you will feel relieved 😌

It's better not to talk or think about it, just do it!

An excellent workbook with great tools that I use daily (not all of them every day, just one or two relevant to my current situation) because they are easy and so effective. For me they are life changing.

Found the approach very inspiring at the time in adolescence. Only later discovered that Palmer was associated with cults so be careful, there may be less risky ways of becoming more aware of the world

Not really a "reading" book. More of a technique and practice book. I really like their personal profile worksheet. I have not done it yet but it looks like it will really give you a good sense of where you are and what you have experienced in your life. I kind of like the idea of sharing that exercise with a significant other.
