Ranging from fantasy to historical fiction, Barbara Hambly has a masterful way of spinning a story. Her twisty plots involve memorable characters, lavish descriptions, scads of novel words, and interesting devices. Her work spans the Star Wars universe, antebellum New Orleans, and various fantasy worlds, sometimes linked with our own.
"I always wanted to be a writer but everyone kept telling me it was impossible to break into the field or make money. I've proven them wrong on both counts." -Barbara Hambly
Better than I remembered it being. The murder scene doesn't translate to audio well and I still think Barbara Hambly's additions are among the worst in the EU, but this isn't a stinker like the others.

A fun audio artifact from a very different time in Star Wars fandom, before THE PHANTOM MENACE was even on the radar. 4 stars for nostalgia and sound design, mainly.
this one was just okay. it was a completely tertiary character that apparently was at the bar when luke and obi-wan find han solo. the story was pretty easy to figure out after a minute.
