About the author

Mark Lowenthal is a five-time "Jeopardy!" champion, and on November 18, 1988 he won that year's "Tournament of Champions", playing against fellow finalists Bruce Naegli (first runner-up) and Sandra Gore (second runner-up). In 1992, Mark Lowenthal collaborated with another "Tournament of Champions" winner, Chuck Forest, to write the book "Secrets of the Jeopardy Champions".
