This is an incredibly useful book if you teach academic writing or any kind of writing involving field research. Needless to say, it's also a great book if you do either of those things, as well. The essays (by various writers) are about more than writing Anthropology. They are about thinking, cultural criticism, and ways of analyzing a variety of texts. And . . . it's well written!
