A short, powerful book that lends itself to rereading. On the second reading, I found a number of suggestions and meditations that I found quite powerful. For example, on page 68: "When you have an injury, think of the injured or diseased part with thoughts of love. Lay your right had on the painful part and think of it in terms of love. Love, not pity; pity is quite a different matter. Love the place, and the healing light will pour through your hand."
I believe that this is the kind of book that I will return to many times, and each time, I will find something new and inspiring that I didn't quite see before. It lends itself to a way of thinking, a way of feeling, a way of being that I believe is quite beautiful, and that I aspire to. I recommend it to anyone who is on a spiritual journey, and needs inspiration and direction.
