This amazing little collection of bean recipes provides a delight every time I try a new recipe. I am somewhat surprised that this book is not better known and more widely shared among lovers of legumes, like me.

Great recipes - lots of basics and also some more "out there" combos. Not a fancy book but very functional! Both omnivore and vegetarian dishes included.
