This book is awesome and the concepts are extremely poignant. This book does a great job with defining a man or woman’s inherent gift. If you don’t know your purpose, please read this book along with God’s word, and my book, Just Get Up And Manifest Your Inner Genius.

Subsequently, after reading these books, I feel strongly that you will discover something about yourself that will turn on your life’s channel like never before.

I love Dr. Myles Munroe’s books and his speeches. ‘In Charge,’ is definitely a read that you should incorporate into your reading queue, especially if you’re into personal development.

Great book! I recommend!!!

"One day I was on an aircraft in the process of landing, when a seagull approached. I was on an artificial bird being followed by an authentic bird. When we arrived on land I could see the big difference. Several technicians approached the plane, checked the structure , supply, perform maintenance, but nobody went to the seagull.

The seagull needs no maintenance. And at that moment I learned one of the great truths of life: whoever is authentic is always active and needs little maintenance; those who are artificial need constant maintenance and perform little activity.

Only those who know the purpose of their existence can be authentic, can live without constant maintenance. "

Isaiah: 46. 9. Remember things that have passed since ancient times; that I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is no other like me; 10. that I announce the end from the beginning, and from antiquity the things that have not yet happened; that I say, My advice will stand, and I will do all my will;

This book helps you focus on your gifts and using it to help the world. The book focuses on servant leadership. It is a great book for everyone, even if you think you are NOT a leader.

It edifies Mr. Zig Ziglar's statement, "You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help other people get what they want," and President Theodore Roosevelt's statement, "Nobody cares how much you know, until they know how much you care."

Therefore, lead by example, give and serve your gift, and care about the people you lead. I always try to employ this management style to get Commitment versus Compliance, you get more buy in and more production which leads to greater long term and sustainable profitability.

We will use In Charge to train leaders both professionally and personally.

A leader is someone who always seeks to understand then to be understood. A good leader is humble, and loves to serve others rather than to be served. Sees the best in others and drive towards positivism.

This book changed my life. Helped me to understand my leadership potential. Myles explains Jesus leadership philosophy in a way i have never heard of before. Everyone was born to be a leader, not over people.. but in a area of gifting.
