This book has good common sense ideas to help people with their eating issues. There are not any false promises, no shaming, no strict diet program, no questionable science. There are however, some mental exercises that one can use to identify issues and help overcome them, each to their own. Even if one is not really overweight, but feels that they're not eating well for optimum health and well being, this book should help break bad patterns and habits if it's precepts are applied.
