As this is one of the first management books I read, maybe that's affecting my perception of it, but I really enjoyed this read. I thought that there were several constructive things to think about, especially when it comes to offering constructive criticism.

Good reminders for us long-time managers/leaders. If you're new to management, then this is a good book for you, but you better know your culture at work, otherwise implementing some of these suggestions could get you into a hot mess.
