First published in 1996, Jacobs has sold close to fifty books and novellas. SANDSTORMS was a 2007 nominee for the prestigious ROMANTIC TIMES Reviewers' Choice award for best erotic romance. Her books have earned awards including the Passionate Plume (best novella, 2006, second place contemporary, 2008), the Desert Rose (best hot and spicy romance, 2004) and More Than Magic (best erotic romance, 2004). She has been a double finalist in separate categories of the EPPIES and From the Heart RWA Chapter’s contest. Three of her books have been translated and sold in several European countries.
A CPA and former hospital financial manager, Jacobs now writes full-time, with the help of Mr. Blue, the family cat who sometimes likes to perch on the back of her desk chair and lend his sage advice. He sometimes even contributes a few random letters when he decides he wants to try out the keyboard. (Most of the time Blue just curls up, hides his eyes with his paws...and sleeps!)
It's funny how I would pick this book to read when a college football player just came out. Jack Winter never comfortable with his bisexual cravings Jack realizes after an encounter that his sexual needs could effectively end his career before it ever becomes a reality. Only with the help of the woman he loves, who agrees to master and marry him, does Jack see an end to his torment. Tawny who is not a natural Domme, readily accepts her role and soon learns to appreciate it in all its many and varied nuances. But it's the love between the two of them that's almost palpable, and the complete trust they each have in the other, that makes this story shine. Only Jack's continued need for a male third for him to top could possibly threaten what they already have. Enter Ty Daily another NFL player a man with an attitude and a secret desire to be the bottom Jack hungers for. How Jack Tawny and Ty handle a possible relationship, the discoveries they all make along the way, about themselves and each other, makes for an interesting and entertaining read. It's deep and emotional. It's complicated and there are others involved and always the threat that real secrets may inadvertently be uncovered and spell the end of their careers. It's an incredibly moving story about love and the expression of it, through domination and submission. Although this book label as ménage it's really not I do like this series and I like Ann Jacobs.
Not exactly what I was expecting. I found chastity to be an interesting topic that I had never given much thought to. Male on male sex is not really my thing and I took away one star for editing errors. They weren't as bad as some books but there were a few.
Take a walk on the wild side and a peek into the preferred lifestyle of a rich and famous NFL player. Who’d have thought ‘golden boy’ Jack Winters, with the dream career, would need a cock cage to control a raging libido, a need to be dominated and a lust to use and abuse his team-mates, in the most wicked of ways possible...

Ann Jacobs writes with heart. Her characters are everyday people, who find themselves in extraordinary circumstances and dealing with a reality, which for many of us, lies in the shadows. It’s a fascinating adventure that begs further exploration and in Ms. Jacobs’ capable hands, delivers.
Ms. Jacobs writes about the rich and famous as if they are “regular” people, which they, of course, are, just richer and more famous than the rest of us. They are faced with the same worries and joys that everyone else is, but are often able to throw money at a problem to make it go away or enjoy a privilege that is not available to others. When that isn’t a solution they have to work it to figure out how to either live with the problem or solve it. I enjoyed this book and liked the fact that the ending was not the conclusion I predicted about a third of the way into the book. I love a creative change to a plot we’ve seen before, and that’s what Ms. Jacobs provides in this book. Everyone gets their HEA but it isn’t the one you may have expected.
This book was a very nice quick read with lots of passion in it.
This is one of those books that you can lose yourself in and finish in a sitting and not have to worry about trying to remember little details about stuff that happened earlier on.
Ann Jacobs has created lovable characters and a good storyline.
I really enjoyed reading this book, it was a bit unexpected, but an enjoyable read, having read the first story, I was happy to see some of the characters made an appearance in this one, and I admit, the first two stories have made me a bit misty-eyed, especially the tender scenes between Dom and sub or in some cases Dom, Domme and sub.
I enjoyed this book and liked the fact that the ending was not the conclusion I predicted about a third of the way into the book when we firsts meet Ty. To read this review in its entirety, please visit http://www.blackravensreviews.com/?p=...
This book shows the struggles that football players have with their sexuality and lifestyles perfectly! It's a sweet book about childhood sweethearts that make their relationship last even when it seems like their families and fate are against them!
