Born into a military / engineering family, his lifelong dream was to join NASA and become a mission specialist; to that end, he attended the Academy of Aeronautics in New York, as well as enlisting in the Air National Guard. While working towards his goal, a sudden illness brought a halt to these dreams.
After recovering, he came to grips with his new reality; so he chose to put his hard-earned technical skills and imagination to use as a graphic artist, writer/editor and game designer.
I had the pleasure of helping to edit this book and I can say without a doubt that it is the strongest of the series in quality and originality. Looking forward to seeing what the authors come up with next.
While I do enjoy science fiction, I am not a big fan of military science fiction. I tried to get into the stories in ‘By Other Means’, but they didn’t strike a chord in me. Don’t pass this book up just because I wasn’t able to get into it, give it a try for yourself if military science fiction is your cup of tea.
