I used to love this book as a child. I guess the magic/romanticism of the stars has always enchanted me. :-) Just now, I reread it for the first time as an adult (I think). I still love the beautiful, cute drawings and the story of the little star children who come out at night and, by accident, fall down to earth. However, I now noticed that there is not a consistent metre in the verses, which I think is a shame. This is the only reason why I give this book four stars (pun not intended ;-) ) instead of five.
