I wrote this book so of course I wanted to add it. This is a book for anyone managing in the middle of an organization. Filled with best practices and real stories of real managers re-inventing their companies Ignited will prepare you for much greater success in the months and years ahead.

There were some good concepts in this book - like the personas that effective middle managers might adapt - and it was good for its putting a different lens on familiar concepts.
