This was assigned reading for a class, and due to the style of the text (essays by different authors compiled to explore intercultural communication and conflict) I did not read the entire text. What I did read, however, was informative, well written and provided a deeper level of insight into both the history and potential future of conflict and the role communication plays in that. I would say this text provides a great deal of value to anyone who is interested in the subject matter, and provides a great deal of perspective from various authors nicely compiled in one text.
