Rate this book
Today's world is busy and non-stop--one filled with eighty hour work weeks and too little time left over. With humor and insight, author Marshall Cook offers a practical approach to deal with worries and banish anxieties that creep into our chaotic lives. He explores strategies for creating and maintaining harmony by drawing upon our faith and releasing our burdens to God in prayer. This revised edition addresses coping with new stressors, such as post 9/11 terrorism and today's economic crisis.

This book is laid out very simply for Catholics that want to take control of their worry. It has useful tips for dealing with worry, while being very easy to read. If it is read with the workbook, there would be more hands on implementing of the strategies.
