Elizabeth Jewell is the author of a growing collection of paranormal and contemporary erotic novels and novellas. She’s been writing since before she could read, and has given in to the fact that she’s completely addicted to the process of composing fiction — especially hot, steamy, paranormal fiction. Elizabeth lives in Colorado with her kids, a ridiculous dog and Percy the Cranky Hedgehog.
This third volume in the ‘Solar Flare’ series starts right where the second one left off – with vampire Trev and recently turned human Ash lost in space as the only survivors of a long-range exploration, out of oxygen and food, and facing an unknown number of years until they can maybe figure out where they are which will possibly enable them to return to Earth. The red star they discovered – the one that does not burn vampires to a crisp – is long forgotten, but turns out to be the thing linking this third book back to the first of the series.
The story is developed by switching between their perspectives building the romance to a hot vampire-on-vampire explicit climax. If you enjoy this one, there's a strong hint of a sequel involving the same three characters. Like vampire romance? It's worth a try.
