This is a book that collects Nick Hornby's first 3 works, so you can have them in one place. Fever Pitch Hornby's biography told through his love for his favorite sport Soccer. High Fidelity a rich and funny story about a down on his luck record store owner who tells his history with women through his love for music and lists. About a Boy a charming and sweet tale about the friendship between two boys, one a awkward 12 year old boy who has no real experience in the real world thanks to his mother and a 30 something man who has everything in life handed to him and refuses to grown.

You simply can not go wrong picking this up as it contains 3 wonderful novels in it all of which are well worthy the read. However I must warn you this book is HUGE! I mean massive, think Stephan Kings It Hardcover massive! So if you already have the 3 books individually, then this will just take up more space on your shelf. Of course if you are like me and a huge Hornby completionist, then this is a must have.
