Liked it, but there were so many open questions not answered mostly, what happened in the main character past?

Excellent story.

It is interesting that the well-educated main character (I hesitate to call her the protagonist, as she is a murderer), irritates me by saying "I could care less", instead of "I couldn't care less". But we aren't supposed to like her.
